Proximity to I-90
Front desk staff was argumentative. Hotel staff messed up one of the two reservations that I had made. Hotel chain does not award points for bookings made through 3rd party site.

It was a great value and we enjoyed the location,staff and cleanliness. We were in Sioux Falls for a football game and appreciated the easy access and close proximity to the field.

Very nice.
Terrible location! Unless you are on business not good. Out in the boon docks. Charged $15 for Pet "cleaning fee"??? for a 3# Yorkie?

Would stay there again and enjoy a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is reasonably clean and wonderful, offers nice and ideal location to Black hills. The staff are top-class and the room was well-equipped with comfortable bed and pillows. The services are great, including a clean pool. Besides, parking is onsite.

Had a pleasant one-night stay at this place for vacation; the staff was extremely friendly, the bathroom was clean, and the room had all necessary amenities like a fridge, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants and shopping and airport shuttle and Sioux Falls for an unhappy reason. The room was good sized with fridge and microwave, we stayed in all day.
